More than your average engagement survey - the assessment we use is widely researched and shown to be a valid measure of depression, anxiety, stress and burnout symptoms. It involves: 1. Asking employees questions online, taking 3-5 minutes. 2. Producing individual personalised reports with results and advice. 3. Aggregating, analysing and sharing collective results by department and organisation in a confidential report.
