We assess individuals using a validated psychological instruments designed to measure Depression, Anxiety, and Stress, and/or Burnout to gain an insightful snapshot of the organization’s overall mental well-being. Conducting the assessment before and after training is important for identifying shifts in employee well-being, allowing organisations to adjust their mental health strategies and interventions based on real-time data.
Without fear of judgement, your team members are more likely to tell us honestly how they are feeling than you. More than your average engagement survey - the assessment we use is widely researched and shown to be a valid measure of depression, anxiety, stress and burnout symptoms. It involves: 1. Asking employees questions online, taking 3-5 minutes. 2. Producing individual personalised reports with results and advice. 3. Aggregating, analysing and sharing collective results by department and organisation in a confidential report.
Participating in a mental health assessment offers employees greater awareness of their personal well-being and provides confidential feedback on their mental health. This initiative encourages access to support resources and reduces the stigma around discussing mental health at work. The Mental Health Assessment can be a one off diagnostic initiative however we recommend quarterly or 6 monthly check ins to track ROI on wellbeing initiatives and to maintain vigilance around any emerging mental health concerns, whilst meeting psychosocial safety requirements.

This course develops knowledge of types of burnout, contributing factors and differences between stress, burnout and fatigue. Participants then develop self-insight in to their own triggers, microstressors, the stress response cycle and cognitive reframing of their maladaptive burnout related beliefs.
