Thrive at Work - ACT for Success

A 6 week structured training program to help participants deal with anxiety, stress, depression or other life challenges. Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT) is backed by research and shown to be an effective tool which enhance mental flexibility, improved capacity to cope with stressful situations and to enjoy life. The program equips employees with skills and insights they can use in every aspect of daily life in a compassionate, practical and empowering way. Participants will implement strategies and reflect on questions that will help them internalize the principles of ACT. This is not about reading and understanding; it's about doing and experiencing.

Anger Management

Anger in the workplace can manifest as conflicts, decreased productivity, and strained relationships, posing significant challenges for both employees and organizations. Unmanaged anger can lead to frequent disagreements, poor collaboration, increased absenteeism, and higher turnover rates. Mastering Job Applications

Navigate the job application process from self-assessment to negotiating job offers. The primary aim of the program is to equip you with skills and knowledge needed to effectively apply for jobs and advance your career. The 5 modules will cover job and skills analysis, crafting your application, preparing for interviews, present confidently at interview and staying calm, negotiating offers. You will also receive a review of your resume and recommendations for improvement as well as ongoing chat support throughout the program.
