Mental Health & Burnout Assessments

We assess individuals using a validated psychological instruments designed to measure Depression, Anxiety, and Stress, and/or Burnout to gain an insightful snapshot of the organization’s overall mental well-being. This assessment helps identify key areas where employees may be experiencing mental health challenges, providing a clear understanding of the workplace’s psychological climate. Conducting the assessment before and after training is important for identifying shifts in employee well-being, allowing organisations to adjust their mental health strategies and interventions based on real-time data.

How is Your Team Really Doing?

How is Your Team Really Doing?

Without fear of judgement, your team members are more likely to tell us honestly how they are feeling than you. More than your average engagement survey - the assessment we use is widely researched and shown to be a valid measure of depression, anxiety, stress and burnout symptoms. It involves: 1. Asking employees questions online, taking 3-5 minutes. 2. Producing individual personalised reports with results and advice. 3. Aggregating, analysing and sharing collective results by department and organisation in a confidential report.
